Vehicle List
By default a driving restriction will be applied to all vehicle types; however, to limit the restriction to only certain vehicle types a list of vehicle types can be supplied in the "Applies To" field.
Vehicle Type Name |
Automobile |
Bus |
Taxi |
Carpool |
Pedestrian |
Bicycle |
Truck |
Through Traffic |
Delivery |
Emergency Vehicle |
For example, to limit a restriction to buses and trucks the text "Applies To: Bus, Truck" would be added to the driving restriction.
Link ID List
Some driving restrictions require one or more associated link IDs which are given in the "Link ID" field. For example, to associate links 1234 and 2468 with a particular driving restriction the text Link ID: 1234, 2468 would be added to the driving restriction.
Location
By default, a driving restriction is applied across the entire link; however, the restriction can be limited to either the start node or the end node in the "Where" field. For example, to limit the application of a driving restriction to only the start node of the link the text "Where: start" would be added to the driving restriction, or "Where: end" to limit the restriction to the end node.
Putting It All Together
The fields of a driving restriction are separated by a semi-colon character. The fields may appear in any order and are case insensitive. For example:
Both of the above driving restrictions are valid.
